POSTING UPDATE

Queit a bit has happened since I wrote my last post. Earlier in December, my sweet mother passed away. She was the reason why I love all of these movies and I miss her very much. Shortly after her funeral, my wife gave birth to our third, Ellie Marie. She has kept us very busy and we are so happy to have her in our family.

I plan to return to posting soon. One idea that I wanted to play around with is the films of 1939. That year is still known as the greatest year at the Oscars. With classics like Beau Gueste, The Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Drums Along the Mohawk, Stagecoach and more; the Academy had their hands full with choices. Some of my favorite movies came from this year, but they were shadowed out by the other productions.

I hope that all of you have a great 2013.
