I know, it's been awhile.

Today marks the beginning of summer and also a new family tradition. In my youth, I was introduced to films from all eras of movie making. I have sought to continue this practice with my own children and I am proud to announce that it has been quite successful. Both of my oldest children have become addicted to Laurel and Hardy shows and they seem to be oblivious to the absence of color.

My wife suggested that we introduce individual eras of movies in succession with each week dedicated to the next decade. Recently I acquired a large amount of movies and expanded my collection to earlier films I've never seen. All of us now look forward to dedicating a few nights a week to ten years of films.

In order to keep the interest of are little ones we will be starting with the era of the 20's. Feel free to join us as we watch Charlie Chaplin, Harold Lloyd and other yet to be discovered gems.

So begins our adventure!
